Psychotherapist

Author’s Bio

I am a psychotherapist and teacher with passion for helping people and organizations improve well-being, strengthen relationships, and find meaning in their personal and professional lives. My approach is grounded in contextual therapies where I integrate evidence-based methods such as Process Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, Gottman Method, and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy.

Over the past 10 years, I have worked in diverse roles including psychotherapy, coaching, teaching, and talent development. These experiences have shaped my style as a therapist: warm, collaborative, and focused on action. I believe in creating a safe and empathetic space where clients feel heard, while also guiding them toward practical strategies to create meaningful and sustainable change.
