Efficacy Study

Within the scope of this research, we examined how the first month of experience among people who newly started using Meditopia created change in areas such as stress, anxiety, and sleep. In the study, rather than focusing solely on the differences before and after use, we also investigated the role of habits such as frequency and regularity of use on well-being, allowing us to address the effects that emerge in a short period of time in a more holistic manner.
